Well first IPA batch is bottled up and carbonating since 2 days ago, it was on the fermenter for 2 weeks, will have 11 days by Christmas so will probably sneak a taste then, will try it again by new year's. Don't really have high hopes for it since it'll be a bit on the low alcohol side. Tried a little before bottling and seemed a little watery and pretty hoppy, we'll see what bottle conditioning does to it. My second brew is in the fermenter since yesterday. I'm doing a Canadian blonde ale kit with 0.6kg of dextrose, 0.4kg of Malto-dextrin, and 640g of honey. Should be pretty good for the wife. Will let you know how the IPA does Shawn. Prost!

awesome, I wish I had extra room to brew my own right now. It's on the agenda though. :)
