Put new front braided lines on quad.Bled them til no more air bubbles were coming out at all.Question is,why dont I have pressure at the front brake handle? No leakage anywhere, everything is tight.Cannot figure this out. Please help?

You still have air in the system, did you bleed the master cyl?

kincerjustin

How do you go about bleeding the master cylinder?

kincerjustin

I have the braided lines going straight to the brake cylinders and i have bled the crap out of em and no air is coming out of em at all.No pressure at all.

Have someone help with the it. Bump up the brakes, then open the bleeder on the brakes, close the bleeder then pump them up, do this over and over till you get the air out. I always start with the nearest brake then work your way to the farthest. I have used up a large bottle of fluid before, till I has sure it was done right. Just take your time and do it right. always help to get someone to help.

Ive been doing this exactly how you have said to do it.For some reason,I just cant get pressure to the handle.I have a clear tube on each bleeder and when I bleed the fluid, you can see clearly.I cant get anymore air to come out of either bleeder.Funny thing is,I had brakes perfectly before I unhooked the old lines.I will just keep pumping the handle and hopefully I can start getting pressure. Also, someone said something about bleeding the master cylinder.I have no sign of any air in the master cylinder. This is not a very fun process to do but you gotta have brakes.

Do you have the cap on the reservoir, it makes a difference.
