54mm TB info help!

The 54 has does away with the coolant flow on the stock type/+3.
It also does away with the idle screw that's on the bottom part. The intake there's no place for the sensor that goes in the intake tube.
1. What's the best way to bypass the coolant flow to insure I don't over heat?
2. What do I do about the sensor that goes in the intake tube?
3. Is there anything I need to do to the TPS?
Any info on this would be helpful as you just get the kit no instructions on how to do any of this stuff. Thanks in advance for all help!!
