Anyone got the lowdown on the GYTR Performance ECU?

I was digging through Yamaha's site trying to figure out what exactly was new this year, and ran across mention of a GYTR Performance ECU. Hadn't heard of that before and it doesn't show as being available.

Headrope you need to change your name to gytrman

DL700

IT is the DYNOJET PC3

Yamaha teamed up with dynojet  for the yfz450r to use their units as the GYTR EFI management .... same ol PC3 just at a higher cost and can be purchased thru any dealer

they could build an "everything" box like kawi does for the machines.  But, dayum they're expensive :thud:

PDX Raptor

Yea it is for the 450r. They are putting together performance packages for racers. I think it is aimed at sponsored teams, because the cost is crazy. Ported heads are like $2500!!

OK, GYTR is the baddest stuff on the planet and I regret getting rid of all of my gytr stuff.  I think daily "what if I still had it"  how's that    I just noticed all your gytr stuff in your sig, that's all.  I know the internet is serious business though, so I'll try to be more politically correct for the sensitive people in the future...

No worries, man. I was just screwing around.
I do have a lot of GYTR stuff. But it's not like I'm trying to be some poser wannabe sponsored rider or anything. I just prefer to buy stuff I know will work and last, put it on once and be done with it.
GYTR has yet to do me wrong. I hope it sticks around. This year seems to be all about slapping GYTR stickers on stuff though and more and more it looks like "Bill Ballance" brand is taking over.

yeah me too, I get bored so I play.  gytr is good stuff for sure, just the performance parts aren't the best out there.  When I bought mine there wasn't much else out there so it worked very good for what it was and I upgraded as I could afford to.  As far as all the bolt on goodies, it's as good as anything out there.
