need some help

ok guys i found this on another forum and was moved by it, it was on a smaller forum so i am with the permission of the author reposting it for her on all the raptor sites.

Well here's the story, hope you guys can help!

On May 17, 2009 my brother, Nick Barnhart, was at a bonfire. It's still unknown who threw the 5 gallon bucket of oil/parts cleaner into the fire, but my brother went to pull it out and as he did the bucket exploded. He was completely engulfed in flames. 90% of his body had 3rd degree burns. He was then rushed to the hospital. His skin started to tighten which made the resperator machine work extra hard, so he unwent surgery to cut the sides of his stomach to relieve the pressure. The surgery was a success and the doctors were starting to see an improvement even though he wasn't breathing on his own. Nick's kidney's then started to fail. They then put him on kidney dialisys. Unfortunatly it didn't work. 24 hours later my brother passed away. Nick was only 20 years old and lived in the Wayland area. He was a mechanic at a local shop in Grand Rapids. He was the type of person that would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. In order to help with his bills, I am selling raffle tickets for $10 each. Each ticket gets entered into a drawing to win his snap on toolbox. No tools are included. All proceeds will then go to his snap on bill. The drawing will be immediately after the 500th ticket is sold, at Checkered Flag Automotive in Grand Rapids. It will be recorded. =]

midirtriders.com i think it is, i just joined up over there, but it was originally posted on greatlakes4x4.com i guess. i have been emailing the girl about it. she said her paypal keeps getting locked over this. something about she isnt licensed to do raffles.

Yeah, there's a bunch of legal ramifications about "raffles"

she needs to state it as a give-away of sorts. It's a bunch of bs.
