Coal Fest 09 was a organized event put on by myself and a few friends. It was a great time except for all the damn rain. We only got to ride a few hrs out of 4 days. The company that owns the land( http://www.readinganthracite.com/access-permits/ )  sells permits for $100 per yr for over 22000 acres of trails. Its the best riding ive found in pa so far. Ive been going now for over 6yrs and still only know a small area. There is just so much to ride its unreal.
