Big bore and Stage 2 Hotcam - For real this time.

BB Kit is a MaxPower Engines http://maxpower-engines.com/ 727 kit, with a CP 10.75:1 kit.  I have tried one more gasket, maybe got 20 hours of riding before it started bubbling antifreeze into the overflow.  I need a reliable trail quad, and either dont have the skills or am incapable of sealing it properly, so I'm selling it.  Included is the piston, rings, and cylinder.  I dont know if you would want to replace the rings or not, but it doesnt smoke or anything, so I am guessing they would be fine...  450.00 shipped.  I paid almost 700 for the deal with gaskets, so I figure 450 plus gaskets and you're still getting a deal.  Maybe I'm off on the price, make an offer and well talk.  I'll get pictures up as soon as i clean it.  Would be ready to ship Monday or Tuesday.  Make no mistakes, when the head gasket was sealed, my quad hauled ass, it was stupid fast, probably too fast for trail riding, I just dont like this head gasket nonsense.

i cleaned the piston as best as i could, it looks good, quad was just running rich as hell...

No way, not too fast!   Why don't you run over by the MaxPower shop and have them give you a hand?  Stock is gonna be boring now!  I see you have a 608 number so can't be too far of a drive to get to them?  It's a damn shame you got this kit and are having some issues with it.  I hear they make some top of the line stuff, going to look their way for my next build.

Even if they fix it, there's no guarantee it's not going to go out in another 20 hours of riding, I love the power, but I cant be having head gaskets blowing when im 100 miles from my camp or truck...  Plus it would be another 300-400 bucks to have them build it.  They themselves even said theyre finicky, I just want to cut my losses and go back to boring old stock...
