I am working on installing a 741 big bore kit on my 06.  After the install will I have to get anything re-mapped or any increase on the fuel injection system?  I have the Dynatek fuel & Ignition controllers.  Do I just get it re-dyno.  Thanks in advance for all your help.

JE piston  12.5 to 1   new  106 cylinder head.  I already have the stage 3 cam installed.

becareful with the JE pistons. If you have or are going to have oversize valves, they will hit the top of the piston. They dont have enough valve relief to clear oversize valves. I know first hand

That's a good price for the kit. I didn't think you could go beyond 105.5 without splitting the cases? Not a big fan of JE even with stock valves, but that is a great price for the kit. I'm interested to see how it holds up. can you give us an update after you put a few hours on it? You are probably going to have to go to a dyno or maybe find someone with a 727 or 734 bore and fine tune from there.

will do.  I should have it done soon.  Wish me luck

That's exactly what I thought pdx. I thought the hole for the case was 106mm. must be a hair bigger than that. won't give much room for error though.

The OD can be a tick over 110.25mm before the cases need boring. That is why I am doing a 4.2 big bore with a dual thickness sleeve. The big bore kit alone will make a 750cc. 106 should be perfectly safe with the right sleeve.

There's a couple of guys around here that have ran a 106 for awhile with no issues.  The fast 812 around here ran a 106 with a big shot of nitrous and didn't have any problems at all.
