Yes, they will both work, I would go with  the Harbor freight puller set...more for the money

You will also need a crank installer kit or you can do what I did.  Deep freeze your crank overnight then heat the left side case bearing area with a torch. Then install the crank and bearing it should slide right in. What ever you do DON"T force the bearing in by smacking the crank you will mess up the rod pin then your screwed.

can you use a big press like garages use? to press it in. I was thinking of pressing the bearing onto the crank and then press them into the case. So i assume the harbor freight puller wont press it back in

It can't be pressed in. It has to be pulled in or use the cold/hot method.  If you try to press it in you will mess up the crank pin and end up seizing the rod in the crank.

The cranks come with the left bearing already installed on the crank. The right bearing stays in the case and is a slip fit on the crank. If replacing the right bearing you could use the regular shop press.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

you can use a shop press but you need to heat it with a torch MAKE SURE you support the webs when pressing it back in or you will be sorry.
