PC3 problem

I decided to hook my quad up to the computer and try a different map.At first it read 100% throttle at idle,then the green light went off and it wont run. I checked all connections,and cleaned them along with the battery connections. If i  by pass the PC3 at the injector and hook up the stock connection it starts right up
