Good thing he isn't old enough to drive.  He would have racked up a ton of tickets from that cop.  That dude was having a bad day or something and took it all out on that kid.  Not saying the cop was right to act like that but keeping the ol' trap shut is pretty good way to keep a bad situations from getting worse.
