Hey guys I just got a rappy 660 about a month ago.  Been rebuilding it due to rollover from previous owner.

I have everything fixed now except for the plastics.  But i have this annoying squeak seems like front and rear shocks to me.  Have any of you ever had this kind of problem on one?

Peelz

My rear linkage squeaks like a mofo.  I greased it with a gun on the Zerks before my dunes trip, and they were better for about 2 hrs, then squeaking again. Fronts are OK.  Try greasing them.

Yhea did that lol.
Hopefully they will get better after a little more riding.  I would love to maybe swap some different shocks onto it at some point but the stock ones seem to be ok for now.

new bushings maybe in order...Mine needs them, but I am lazy. And engine drowns out the squeak.

It's in the rear. Very common on the 660.

I usually use a little spay lube, and it's good to go for a ride.

do you mean the bushing for the rear strut where it attaches to the swingarm?

Flynbyu

Yes.

I usually hit every contact point.

My bro's 250x had squeaky front shock bushings, we pulled them out. Sanded them all down (they were worn and had corrosion on them) regreased and was good to go for quite a while.
