stuck throttle HELP!!!

it wont budge any ideas?

1. Can you move the butterfly inside the ThrottleBody?
       If not. There's somethin wrong w/ the TB.

2. If you can. Remove entire throttle cable assembly. Can you move that?
       If not. Buy new Throttle Cable

3. If you can. Take apart the Throttle assembly. see if there's crap inside.

Is it stuck at thumb lever or other end?

I have this problem a lot, but then i just take my thumb off! Never can get enough throttle, I just keep pushing and pushing!
