I'm new to the sight and I've been building a 2001 raptor and I got a pair of front tcs shocks for 20 bucks but the shafts were rusted so I got them rechromed and I would like to have a rear tcs shock just can't find one anybody know where I can get one any help would be great

TCS renamed themselves race tech about a half dozen years ago.  If the shocks are that old and rusted then they probably need to be rebuilt by a shock shop as well as rechromed.  You can buy a new rear shock from race-tech or have them rebuild your stock rear shock.

I've already had the front rechromed and rebuilt I was just looking for a rear shock to match you say race tech sells rear shocks? And are they any good

Krandall

race tech = tcs. TCS always made good stuff imo.

I think it boils down to what your price range is.

I always liked the 660 rear shock... never had troubles

I think, price wise, your best bet is to have it rebuilt.

Well when I sit on my raptor the rear shock might as well be bottomed out I weigh about 300 so I just figured finding a used tcs shock would be good enough to have rebuilt and revavlved for my weight I seen a tcs rear shock that came with the linkage on eBay a couple of weeks ago I think it went for around 300 but Unfortunatly I made the mistake of not plugging my computer in before the bidding frenzy lol and I can't seem to find any others
