Custom painted "burple" Fourwerx carbon fiber hood and Maier tank topper

Hey guys a while back I bought a Fourwerx carbon fiber hood and got it painted and faded the paint to expose the carbon fiber towards the bottom of the hood...I know I know...shameful to hide that beautiful carbon fiber but I wanted that custom candy blue and I wanted something different so I went this route. I also had a regular Maier tank topper painted to match. They turned out AWESOME! Only thing was it wasn't as blue as I wanted and the fitment wasn't quite as good as stock Yamaha parts. I had a Yamaha hood and topper painted in a bluer hue to address the two issues I had. So these have been sitting in my garage looking awesome on a shelf. The Fourwerx carbon fiber hood ran right around $160 new for the hood alone, and the topper about $60 by itself. And as many know custom paint is NOT cheap on top of what the original cost was. So you guys can do the math on what it cost all together.

The hood has a few very minor scratches on it from regular use/being moved around in the garage (nothing bad), and it has clear coat on it so would look brand spanking new with a good buff. The topper has the same and also a chip right where the fuel tank filler hole is but its covered by the fuel cap when its on...and I put superglue on it to avoid further chipping. Both look amazing when installed. Here are a few pics with them on my quad:




And here are some pics I took today after dusting them off. Pretty sure they have only one ride with them on the Raptor before being set on the shelf.









In a few of the pics on the left side of both of them it looks like the hood and topper is badly scratched...those are not scratches but reflections from my garage window. There is one scuff (not scratch, I was able to get some of it off with my finger nail) on the hood on the right side (looking at it head on) of the middle upper rib. hardly noticeable unless up close, and it will surely come off with a little buff.

I took several different pics in different light to show how great they look. In some lights they look cobalt blue, and in some lights they look purplish.

I DO NOT GUARANTEE FITMENT AND WILL NOT REFUND DUE TO FITMENT RELATED ISSUES as these are not factory Yamaha parts and have been known to not fit as well as Yamaha parts.

The hood is REAL carbon fiber, not that lame print pattern that Maier sells.
