Mac Users

How many Mac users do we have on here? I really want a mac, but I don't know how well it will fair up to everything as far as surfing the net and what not. Am I just clueless?

not a fan of them. But they work just fine. takes a minute to get used to commands though. Really good for Media. Our art dept. uses only macs for their imaging power.

Macs are a learning curve, but are designed to be easily usable. VERY powerful for their imaging/video power. People for some reason think that they are problem free and run on magic. They still have their problems just like a PC does. They make good OS's and pretty cases for their laptops. You pay a premium for the design. Can't go wrong either way you go (PC or Mac). Dollar for Dollar though, the PC is the better bargain.

I love mine.  I haven't had a problem to date.  Just like an iPhone, it just works.

we have pc's, macs, droids, iphone, ipads etc...they all have there cool little things about them that the other doesnt. but as far as macs having less problems then pc's. I dont see it...gf's macbook and imac have been in to be fixed.

I will always go the pc/droid route. Only way I would go mac is if i was heavily into video editing. But fuk windows use ubuntu
