With their city in ruins around them, & facing a huge rebuilding task after a series of earthquakes that goes back to September of last year, & with the confirmed death toll standing at 166, even my friends & family from Christchurch, NZ are saying that!
The aftermath will be horrific!

Most people are ok, though many still don't have power, & almost half the city will have probably to be relocated when it gets rebuilt, so as to not be on the fault line for the future.

Some of New Zealands most iconic buildings have been destroyed, & a huge amount of our histroy will be lost with their passing.
But we are a resilient people, & we will persevere!

Call or email your friends, be sure they are safe, there are still unidentified people amongst the lost, & there was a significant number of international visitors who have sadly lost their lives.
I pray none were your friends

I have family over there. Mostly in Tokyo. Heard from everyone but my Wife's Grandmother's Sister and Cousin.

Praying for all those still lost, injured, and the families of those less fortunate.

It's unreal. now death toll's into the 10,000s. Praying for everyone over there. And now they are talking possible nuclear meltdown. They don't need anything else right now.
