Truck

Hey so I am back home and am without a truck which is a predicament.  I am looking for something around the $5k range and prefer GM or Ford with a long bed since the quad is over 6' long.

It will be a while before I get the $ to start making payments on a loan since I am just starting a new job.

Any hits let me know.  Thanks

Are you looking for something to be a daily driver too?  Or just a truck for when you need a truck?



'85 F350, 460, C6 auto, 106K miles.  It rides a little rough and it like gas, a lot.  But it is a TRUCK.

Yeah it would be a daily driver also or at least more than just when I am going to go riding.  I don't think I could afford the fuel mileage on a 7.5L especially on long road trips to WY, ID, and UT.

I do like the truck though and thanks for letting me know.  I'm just looking for something with better fuel mileage even though a 460 Big block is pretty sweet

Cool.  It definitely likes the gas, when it was my DD it got 7-8 for commuting duties.  Not cool at $2.50+ a gallon.  Good luck with the search.

 Found one yesterday and of course more than what I wanted to spend but it's a really nice truck and will last for several years!
