There should always be coolant in the overflow. What you mean?

It pushes fluid out of the radiator in to the resivor when it heats up but wont pull it back in to the radiator. Isnt that the way it is supposed to work?

When you filled your quad back up w/ antifreeze, did you pull the air bleed screw out to let the air out of the system first? Also.. Did you fill the over flow up along with the radiator?

I didnt bleed the system, but i did fill the radiator up and the overflow at the same time. Where do you bleed it from?

It generally doesn't need to pull much coolant from the overflow...I don't see the issue?

Now i"m guessing its a head gasket.

The issue is its pushing it out of the radiator when it heats up but it wont pull it back in to the radiator. It wont fill the resivor up like a head gasket being blown but just have to pour it back in to the radiator after i ride or the radiator will be low. Everything looks good on the flow but i am running Engine Ice. Is this what everyone runs or do you think something else is better to run. I had a red antifreeze in it before and couldnt tell a difference with the engine ice in it before the overheating problem.

There's an air bleed screw. Let me find it in the manual and get you a page number.
