Slight Idle Issue

I get the power to send the maps and watch Rpms but with the motor off I have no signal from the tps

Im confused. It sounds like something is not hooked up correctly Mine with the key on and not running has signal and im also able calibrate with out the quad running

There is no other way to hook this up, every connection is where it needs to be.

that's the way it is w/ the pciii just turning the key on doesn't work..

is there a battery for the PCv like the pciii?

I have to hook up "aux power" and then I get the readings.

This is coming from a PCIII guy.. and I'm sure it can't be TO different for a PCv. but what are your idle settings in the map.. ?

The one I was looking for was a post by Daniel I believe.

from this RPM to this RPM make the idle fuel all the same percentage... I forget what though.

finally found the stupid thing..

ive seen anywhere from -5 to 18 for idle range

i normally set 1k up thru 2250 the same..... for consistent starts and sustained idle////////the rest of your map needs ALOT of work IMO

No battery for PC5s, runs off USB...I honestly have no idea why it's different, I have heard of the same issue from a few other people, and there is no other way for the PC5 to be hooked up and still run. I messed with mine yesterday and it would only get power for the first 3-4 seconds of key on...I think it runs off the fuel pump now.
