Kobalt I know is home depot's kind of main line of tools. never used them personally. But they look like good quality. (don't really know until you use one)

kobalt is lowes brand. 

And I know its overkill but I love the idea of a ipod dock and stereo built into the tool box....oh,and a fridge.

Seems like kobalt is trying to be like craftsman with the no questions lifetime warranty where you just bring the tool in and they give you a new one no questions asked.

I freeking love this tool box! plent of storage, good quality, Ipod hookup, and a beer fridge! I've used snapon, matco, craftsmen, and so on. For the money with out a doubt I'd buy this toolbox 10x over anyone elses.
