Help with band identity

So I went to Vegas last Jan. I was at the Ghost bar and heard a great band and wanted to hear some of their music, but can't remember...Well, much of that weekend. So I have been looking through my pictures and found this clip from that night and hoping that someone may identify them. I've tried to Google that weekend and can't find anything, I've also called the Palms, but got no where with them other than sent back to 3 or 4 people. So RS you're my last hope.
