Ive been chatting with kibble, and they want my head and the broken valve so they can determine EXACTLY what happened. I cant believe they even give a damn. Maby they will fix there f up.

I hope they can determin that it was a faulty valve and you can get your bike up and running again!

There are crystalized lines in the other one, so that tells me their heat treatment method is wrong. But i will let them determine that.
