I think I am just going to buy the 4plys since money is sort of tight right now. Should I get new handlebars to make the handling comfier?

You'll more than likely be alright with 4-ply tires. My old predator came with 4-ply razrs and I've bounced MORE of my fair share of rock. With NO flats.

If money is tight you can pack your bars with sand and fill the ends with silicons. I've herd that does WONDERS!! But if you have 300 bucks laying around Fast Flex bars are the way to go!
Just a little 81hp trail bike.

Put lead pellets in my FZ's bars. Silicone to seal. That bike was buzzy as hell. Of course, it wasn't always necessary to run at 11000 rpm.

  Oh wait, yes it was.

I don't think it is going to be as bad as some of you think. I rode the same trails the race is on all day and I never got arm pump. My but just hurt like micheal jackson in jail.

That depends, how old are you. Go ahead and get the icepacks ready  if I were to do it.

I am so excited guys! I took the rappy outside yesterday to let it run for a little bit and putted around the yard. I can't wait to go practice this weekend or the next.
