No doubt that is a bad ass boat but I've always been a strong beliver that the Americas cup is a mono haul race. It is VERY hard for a mono haul to take on catamaran and there is no chance for a mono haul to take on a trimaran. When Connor got a catamaran in the race on a loop hole in the rules I was against it. They have since then have fixed the rules. But now that Alinghi has loaded the deck and set their own judges Larry got pissed and decided to make a trimaran and enter that on another loop hole. Is it right...no, IMO, but its two VERY rich guys that are pissed. But I'm also VERY against the Swiss changing the rules on one of the oldest sailing competitions around.
