I prepared a 9 lb. bird, brushed it in oil, threw a mesquite rub on it, and put it in my rotisserie for 2.5 hours. For slightly larger birds, I do them on my Jenn Air grill outside, with a rotisserie attachment. It takes longer, but it's the juiciest turkey I've ever ate.
