Market Research...Need some help

Ok, I am in the process of working on a website for a client and am working on getting it placed as high up in the search  engines as possible.  I was just wondering from everyone here, if you were going to search for Jet Ski Rental companies in Lake Havasu, what would you type in to Google or Yahoo?  ie. I would type "havasu jet ski rentals".  Please list the first 3 search phrases you would tryin order to get jet ski rental companies in a given area.  Thanks, Josh

You'd also want to include the zip code for Lake Havasu because I'd input the zip code (if I knew it) instead of the city name.

Also, instead of jet ski...  watercraft, skidoo, waverunner, boat, Yamaha, etc.
