A long time ago I thought i had read on the JB Weld packaging that when JB Weld is fully cured it can be machined.  Definately some tough stuff

JB weld is tough stuff, I have used it to repair the exhaust on a Kawasaki 650 Jetski as it was leaking water slightly from a crack which it never leaked again. have also seen a friend of mine repair his head on his Ford Transit Diesel van after he got into a smash with it and a big 2" triangular piece snapped out so he rebuilt it back in to stop the oil comming out and he is still using the same van 2 years later

I was mowing with a zero turn lawn mower & backed into something & broke off a piece of the carb leaving a hole in the carb.  JB Weld'd it

Aaron, what led you to notice the leaking radiator? did you actually see the coolant leaking or was it overheating or what....
