New CD players??

Alrigt guys I need some opinions. I am returning my Jensen DVD player and I will have around $400 to spend on a good head unit. The only major thing that I am looking for is it to be able to play my MP3 player. Although I would like for it to have a DVD player on it. I know that would be hard to come by for under $400. SO any opinions will be appreciated.  Thanks guys and gals.

I've never looked into stereos' w/ DVD Players (I have add and wouldn't be able to focus on driving and a movie. )

I've always been a HUGE Alpine deck fan. They have sleek designs and most of their new decks have options to change the color of the buttons so you can conform it to a color scheme w/ your car if you desire. Also. All the new ones are ipod compatible w/ the purchase of a $30 cable.

heres one i found at walmart. i know its a cheaper one. but it will give me some extra money to maybe buy a Ipod if it dont work with my MP3 player

idk what kind my dad has but its pretty sweet, i think it was like 400? he got it at walmart lol... it has i think a 7" touch screen that pops out of the face of it. it plays dvds and has an ipod cable with it.

i bought a sub from soniceletronix.com and it was blown when i got it. and it was a pain in the ass to get my money back.  i would never buy from them again. but i have heard good things about them. it's your money though.


i would go onto a forum called www.realmofexcursion.com i'm sorry for posting another forum name here but i'm just trying to help the guy out. lol at that site they have a section just to talk about head units.

i personally run and have been running for about 4 years now. a kenwood unit. it doesn't play dvds but it have never failed me once yet.

i think it comes with a 1yr limited and you can buy a 1yr full warranty on it
