I can tell you the design philosophy.... I wanted to use that awesome head that Racers Edge had already been making huge #'s with. I made some changes that I thought would broaden the RPM range for use with smaller builds as well. What I feel like we have here is a head that will work with a broad range of engine sizes. I recommend it for any stroker motor, or high RPM big bores as well as monster builds. I think it is a success, because I was always impressed with how well Bo's head ran on that build.

On engines with a short rod/stroke ratio, I like to have as much flow as possible while controlling RPM with cam size. The theory goes quite a bit deeper than that, but you clever types will figure out my tricks..... :grin_nod:
