i need help

so i was on a site and my computer shut off. when  i turned it on again it said computer infected with somthing i dont remember what. Then i ran down stairs and un hooked the router and it started conecting to random wirless sites. any help please. I know most of you cant read this im so pissed off i can type

First thing I would do is unplug the network cable from the computer, disable or remove the wireless card, and run a full virus scan.
