lol yeah i hope the rear holds up. it should i think. i'm going to keep the stock tires on it til i burnn them down.   after the motor's mounted going to make wheelie bars then finally get the paint started.. no need to paint with welding and cutting going on lol


so far i've taken the roof off the shoot with rubberized coating, body work on the metal panels, removed most all the stock engine bay parts.. 5 inch lift, some chrome hub caps for right now...  the motor... and i've got a house alarm siren i'm going to stick on there =X

has some xenon headlights, rear view mirror already. some other things


carts are street legal here.. so should be FUN

lol yeah buddy!  i've seen a few 1000cc cart builds... but i dont feel like spending that kind of $$$ i got this motor cheap and it's ready to bolt in and go.

what's a 440 2 stroke equivilent to.. like a 880 4stroke?

also... say i get this thing ready to fire up this weekend... would it be fine to run with the banshee header on there? or perhaps the banshee header and the banshee muffler?

i want something i have already to at least ride it some if i get it fired up this weekend.

i really want a small single exhaust for the rotax if anyone has one. i see some on ebay but i'm not paying $100+

Not sure but I say the conversion ratio is 1.75
440 x 1.75 = 770

Is it liquid cooled?
