Questions about wheel and tire combo?

I will be ordering a set of paddles soon and had a few questions.

Here is the wheel and tire combo from Chaparral:

Tire:
ITP Sand Star
Size: 22x11-10

Wheel:
Douglas .190 Red Label
Size: 10x8
Offset: 3+5
Bolt Pattern 4/115
Finish: Aluminum

Does this sound right?  I am a little confused on the tire to wheel size!!

sounds about right to me. the rim will be alittle skinny and it will give ya a baloon like tire
