What kind of coolant to use?

Drained the old coolant out, what type of coolant should I put in it?

I run Engine ice and am very happy with it  :thumbs: One thing you need to do though is flush the cooling system throughly with deionized water till it comes out clean before running it to get the full benefit.

Not to do what stuff  ???   You don't want to mix engine ice with standard coolant.

Evans NPG+ is what I run. Grea stuff but is 25 bucks a gallon.

I run redline water wetterwith mix of antifreezeand water.Runs very cool. When i had it dyno'd it was very hot in there and at heavy load it was reading 160 degrees at the thermostat with an infrared temp gun :thumbs:

I am all for Water Wetter too...

A couple of capful's dumped into a mix of 60% water, 40% antifreeze does the trick.

I used this combo on my DS730 which had a tendancy to run warm on slow trails, but this made me run (unscientifically) about 10-20* cooler.
