That metalic look I believe is your rotor stuck to the pads. I've seen that when I tried to use a grinding wheel on aluminum. The aluminum melted and stuck to the wheel.

I got a 2007 OEM rear rotor from Bike Bandit for about $40, the wave rotors look cool but my 2006 didn't have a cross drilled rotor so this upgrade was a bargain 
I would check with the sponsors for pricing...

those pads are like brand new. they only have about 2 rides on them. and they are supposed to be severe duty pads. why the hell are they already garbage?
