Who all does the +2 TB? I am trying to find contact information and pricing.

Also...what all is involved in pulling the throttle body off? I have been running carb'd quads for years and can rebuild a mikuni in a few minutes, but there is a lot of electrical involved with a TB!

Any help on this?
1)Is it a lot more simple than it seems?
2)What is delicate and needs care when removing?
3)Do I need to remove any parts from the TB, or will the person boring it do that for me?
4)Lastly...does anything need to be reset or adjusted once it is re-installed? I was planning on resetting my TPS on the PCIII, but anything else?

Thanks for all the help!

1)Is it a lot more simple than it seems?  yes
2)What is delicate and needs care when removing? nothing really, use care when unhooking wiring harness connectors
3)Do I need to remove any parts from the TB, or will the person boring it do that for me? Kenny will do that
4)Lastly...does anything need to be reset or adjusted once it is re-installed? I was planning on resetting my TPS on the PCIII, but anything else? may need to adjust your idle a little, PC3 maps are available from lots of people to get it tuned right

Thanks for all the help!

Like Colorado said, there is only one name to know when it comes to throttle body boring, and that's Kenny.

I sent one off to Kenny at KDS Racing yesterday. I stripped mine all the way down to the TB , shaft and butterfly. I also left the throttle cable cam and the sring under it, in it.

I know he mods the shaft and puts a new stainless steel butterfy in them.

I'm getting a +2, Kenny mentioned the +3s are a little tricky because of the thickness of the metal or I guess lack of.

It was easy to get off the motor.  The screws that hold on the components to the TB were tight as hell, everyone gave a little pop/snap when they broke free.

I am sending you a PM
