Having some issues with the Raptor breaking chains... What chain should I run that WON'T break the master link?

I have been running Rigina chains with no problems at all.
Just a little 81hp trail bike.

Strange.....It shouldn't break that often, unless it's something you're continually repairing and using odd ball links.

Thats why I got rid of it, I was going to kill myself! 140 on a bike is NOTHING, but 170+ it gets a bit harry!

Was it a stock chain?

I've had chains fail before, but the only time I have had problems with the masterlink is when the clip wasn't pushed all the way on or the clip was bent to begin with.

DID and Renthal have been good to me, RK and the similar cheaper chains have busted a couple of times on me now.

What's with this new screen name?  Trying to be sneaky or what?  Never mind, just checked your info, what's up Michelle?

A word on sag adjustment
http://www.didchain.com/install.htm

I broke a master link on my non o-ring Moose racing chain. It lasted a few rides & 6 ice races  ::)  I was using a CRJ type adjustable rear linkage & with the lowering kit installed adjusting the chain correctly was diffucult.  I think it was overtightened.
