Weekend Warrior Lawsuit

Anyone else own a Weekend Warrior effected by this lawsuit?  mine has a rotted out floor from the damage, not sure if I'll ever see that money...

I think because word on the street is that weekend warrior is about to go under.  They came close before and Giant RV bailed them out.

Well, actaully, it's because tey filed bankrupsy and closed their doors about 4 weeks ago.  No parts, no labor...nothing.  The money is probably in an escrow account after the lawsuit, but I have damage that is pretty bad.  The settlement says that they will only pay for up to $800 in damages, but if you take it to their facility in So. Cal. they will repair it all.  Well, kind of hard to take it to a place thats indefinetly closed, don't you think?  I'm fuct out of about $5k.
