The scariest movies I have seen lately (gore does not thrill me) have not been categorized as horror.
I Am Legend freaked me out. Watched in the dark alone. And Signs was a little creepy as well. Two very well done dark movies.

agreed, preddy. The suspense is waht made it creepy, then after you first see it, you're like WTF is that! still overall, it was good, and whenver our baby monitor crackles, I twitch a bit!
