Alright I have a few questions as I've been working large amounts of overtime so I'm finally starting to get ahead in the game. I cheaped out earlier this spring on a cheap easy pull clutch lever well I wrecked here a while back and I busted it at the pivot point. Now that I have money built back up in the bank. I"m starting to look at getting a new clutch lever. But i have seen a few brands that have my interest. I've seen MSR, FLY and the ASV's I know the ASV's I believe are the higher Quality. Also looking at shifters. I guess I"m curious as to what everyone is using and what there experiences are with the shift levers and clutch lever/perch?

And thinking of the dynatek ignition for my bike. The programmable one not the non-programmable one. I'm running stage 2 Jet kit with CT Racing full exhaust open air box. Would it be worth picking this up yet or just get a stage 2 cam and springs and wait til i go bigger with the motor? I mainly drag race trail ride and some hill climbing once I get comfortable riding agian since last accident

Not sure I would go with the ignition untill you have more motor mods.   I think nice trail port and cam/springs would be the next things, along with HC piston.

I am still using the stock levers, and the solid shifter.  Sorry not much help there. Though  the ASV's look real nice.
Gonna be stupid you better be tuff.

Got duals ?

I just talked to steve at  Tech quad and gonna be setting up to order the pro pack from them. And the direct shifter as well. I'm finally starting to get a head on money so I'm gonna probably start saving up for cam and springs along with piston and possibly stroker crank.

as far as clutch levers some aftermarket units are shorter and you may only fit two or three fingers on them which some dont like?? make sure before you buy! Some have rubber inserted on them which for me makes it hard to feather the clutch I like a smooth surface and this lets me slide my fingers for better feathering when drag racing ,a bad start can loose you the race !!!!!!!!!!!!

I went from the stock levers to the ASV's Pro Pack Shorties.

I can only fit comfortably 2 fingers on them. But I've never needed more. they are really comfortable, the adjustability of them as well as the ease of adjustment is second to none!

As far as mods go. I'd hold off on the ignition until you get some more mods like cam or port and polish where you'd really notice the differences.
