Title: what color gear do you use
Post by: fire raptor on February 07, 2009, 11:23:33 PM: Ok what color riding gear do you guys and girls like. I prefer the Jonny Cash or Darth Vadar look. Solid black from top to bottom including skivvies!

Myself, I prefer rainbow themed gear and a Hello Kitty Backpack.

I hate the quad matching riders look. Also not a fan of the technocolor rainbow rider apperal.

I really learned a lot after that last set of gear like... have a spare jersey that has LOTS of venting for summer and another that is not vented for colder days. Mine was non-vented and got really hot on summer rides. Also learned that I won't buy another jersey or pants with a lot of white on it. It seemed like every time I rode there were more and more discolored patches on the jersey from mud stains that wouldn't come out. I like the new style over the boot pants too, especially the ones with the zip off legs so they turn into shorts for hotter days. I know I need a thicker set of gloves than the thin set I had before. My hands always got calluses on long rides. I'll also be trying a set of 50/50 boots given the opportunity to get another quad. I've pretty much already mapped it out on my wish list on RMATV. :D
