Let's do this.  But not on Easter or Spring Break cuz then I can't make it and as official thread starter, I have to make it.  I'm sorry but those are the rules, I don't get to make them up.

I got the date set.  I texted Matt, it works for him as well.  I haven't heard back from Gunny yet but in LS he said the earlier the better, after Easter his work picks up.

How about the following weekend, April 25-27.  I haven't bid my vacations yet so I need to see what's available.  Easter is bad for me and Matt both.

Early April the better. Its f'n hot down there. Usually in the 90's Easter weekend. Plus the later the date, the more likely I'll be busy with business.

Both Kermit and LSOK are both 10 hours for me.

I'm leaning towards early April. I can't touch the middle of March, vacation wise.

Didn't know about the OHV registration requirement.  I googled it and it doesn't seem hard at all to get a sticker.  Mail them $16 and they'll send you one.  They're good from Sept. 1 to Aug. 31.

Me and Matt agreed on and set the date.  Who's in?!?   We may end up getting there the 27th but I'll leave the official date as the 28th.  Still waiting to hear back from Gunny but this should work for him as well.

Got a hold of Mike today.  He's in.  Now for the St. Louis crew.

Mike knows more about the place than I do so hopefully he'll chime in.  He did say to book a room early.  As in as soon as you decide to go, book a room.
