my 719 is about to gain a new head.
I have a Willykiller 3 plug head on its way to me from Canada.
Recon this should seriously wake my lil baby up.
Any predictions on HP?
Build will be:
102mm bore, 88mm stroke (Hotrods Crank) 13.5:1 piston, head shaved 10thou.
HV ported 3 plug head & X4 cam.
Dynatech Programmable ignition with Willykiller tunes (4 switchable maps)
39mm FCR's
Custom made inframe duals with Barkers cans
My No1 goal in life is to STOMP on my mates KTM556SX :D
He dynoed at 68hp a couple of weeks ago.
His bike is 25+ kg lighter, & he is probably a good 30+kg lighter than me.
why would you make a shitty motor even more complicated?
JK dragoooooonz
badaass always wanted to see one
how many kg's are in a lb? ???
da fuk is a KG even?
english dangit! :dragonz:
kg, short for kilogram.
lb, short for pound
So thats the English lesson done for the day!
Now
1kg = 2.2lb..........
Do I have to teach you maths as well?
:P

well, not that I want to drag this topic back to where it started or anything, but, I now have the new head in my hot little hands & am commencing to get it all together.............
Having some issues getting the right dia tubing for the exhaust, but we shall prevail (eventually)
Watch this space, ride impressions, pics, & ultimately dyno charts will be posted!

for you Peels, I will select a weaner lamb that has been seperated from its mum for 2 days........................
not sharp teeth, but............
Well, I finally got my hands on the head last week.
I built my own "in frame" Duals using Barkers cans, & installed the head last Friday.
What a massive difference!
I still have to finish dialling in the jetting & then want to get it dynoed, but the bike is now seriously fast.
It has more power everywhere, & just screams at top-end!
Very few teething issues so far, & Willykiller has kept tabs on my progress, with jetting & tuning recommendations to ensure I do get the best from it.
I have just spent the holiday weekend here at the dunes at Ahipara.
There is a 350ft high dune there that is as steep as sand will sit, I got airtime at the top, & that takes some grunt to do that!
Will be interesting to see what the dyno has to say!
Well biotches!
76HP
Dyno guy was very impressed!
dyno charts to follow, the rpm scale is a bit out, but this thing has got some serious stomp!

Jealousy will get you nowhere!
Actually my favourite sheep is named christmas roast.
It will probably have it's throat cut tomorrow, butchered, & into the freezer!
Nothing like fresh home-grown meat!
