This was passed along to me, thought i would share the info for anyone in NY.  This guy is for real and so is the quad pricing.

Is this in Vermont or upstate NY? either way...POOP!  Diggin' the prices, and they list the extra charges at the top. Somebody over there needs to investigate for us.
