Well, I had taken a few weeks off riding but went out again yesterday. The ice was crap, 10 inches of wet heavy snow on top of slush. It was still fun getting out and seeing my brother and buddy.

Loved the mini crash!!! :D
How much you have into your tires? When I looked into it a new set of tires, rims & studs would be around 800.

The rear tires and wheels are stock. Each tire has less than $100 in studs.
Guess I need to look harder for a deal or something.
Thanks

Here is a nice kit that I used for my brother. The kit has everything you need 96 studs, backing plates, nuts, and a drill tool. I put 96 studs in each of my brothers rear tires.

Hey Bert. If you ever make it up to Rush City You should check out Dennis Kirks scratch and dent, they sell bags of studs that broke open at the warehouse for cheap. ;)
