Title: piston removal and install

Has asnyone got an idea where i can find  a write up or a how to to do this

The Yamaha Raptor 700 Manual. Basic install is simple (circlip, circlip, wrist pin, remove piston, inspect for damage, piston install, circlip, wrist pin, circlip, ring install, ring clocking). The hardest part is "piston ring clocking" but it is explained and shown in a diagram in the manual.

You can just remove one circlip on the piston that's on the crank and push out the wristpin from the other side...install one of the circlips on the new piston first then drop that on the crank and reinstall the wristpin on the other side...have fun with the circlips :lol:
