Here are the steps:


1: Click "Profile" up top.

2: On the left side under the "Modify Profile" section. Click "Look and Layout Preferences"

3: The very first line says "Current Theme: Dark Fantasy (change)" click "Change"

Good to go.  :thumbs:

You're not the only one.. I love the black easier for me to read.

Do you have a CRT monitor or LCD?

I wasn't spending much time here because I hated the look so much. The white seems to be more pleasing to the eyes for the majority. Perhaps you should make a sticky explaining how to change the background color for others? I'm sure there are many more that aren't aware they can change it.

Gotcha.

I'm wondering if I should reset everyone to the default theme. And then set a topic that if you want black here's how.

I say leave it as is.  But post the thread saying how to change it like suggested.  :thumbs: 

We've gotten mad props from others about the look of the site, and IMO we'll never make everyone happy with one default or the other.
