Yes it is considered used but very little im talking 3 to 4 hours run time..... As far as numbers go i went to the dyno one time with stock tires without playing with my ignition or anything first run laid down right at 70 HP and this was a very hot day... I feel if i had stayed for a full blown tune and switched to dyno tires as most do would be a high 70 Hp build without a doubt...Make someone a runner for sure thanks :thumbs:
