Title: What tools are needed?

To split the case, to replace a rod bearing?

I dont have alot of money, so i only want the tools i cant make, or use something else for.

1. Flywheel puller - What kind?
2. ?
3. ?
4. ?

i think we used 2 hammers and 2 screwdrivers for that one :lol:

the puller is real cheap, and the best way to get er off..
go to the dealer and just get it

it is a special one, they won't have it
it was like 12 bucks at the stealership

lol its all good guys. I dont want to go through the stealership and RMATV is sold out, other than that its extremely hard to find the right one. And its not for my bike so ill never use it again but i have to buy it...


My friend has one of the "universal" ones, so we are gonna see if that works, if it doesnt im just gonna use screwdrivers and hammers!!!!  :tank: :hang:

I picked up a 2 Jaw, 5 ton Puller from Autozone and it worked fine  8)

And you dont need anything but a screwdriver to split the case...
