A picture is worth a thousand words in this case for sure! I'm working on some nice oil coolers and oversize oil tanks as well. Pure overkill for the guys that want everything to be the best

Whats the CFM difference between the two fans?
Kenny and I talked a lot about this the other day. You can feel the air flow from the fan behind the bike! Its quieter too and much much lighter. Im already looking into buying one in the near future. Definite upgrade!
i might be interested, give me a price pretty please, my bro bent my stock one when he rolled it a couple months ago, also does it fut behind the plastics? it looks awfully big
Yes it fits behind the plastics...the only mod you will need to do is change the plug from your stock fan to the SPAL fan, unless kenny has already done this for you....You will love this new fan
Need some more info K-Dawg!
I sell the fan for $100 and the radiator for $420(list price $475 ::)), but I will put them together as a package for $500. The fan flows 440 CFM, but I have no idea what the stock one flows (I would guess somewhere around 200). The stock fan moves nowhere near as much air as this one. The radiator moves about twice as many btuh's compared to stock as well. I have these dudes available for many applications (Raptor 660,Grizzly,Rhino,RZR etc.....)

Speaking of cams.... I will have the .562" lift 248° duration cam next week.... It should do a couple (few?) ponies more than the Web 4 while having the bottom end and more mid than the RJ. If I have the valvetrain under control like I think and this one works without float, next up is a 260° .600"+ lift..... It will either be the best thing to happen to the Raptor, or it will explode in fantabulous form..... Either way it's gonna be a lot of fun!

Jake should be calling you soon on the cam big guy
would the upgraded fan work on the stock rad? or would that be a useless upgrade?
I am using the fan on the stock rad since my stock fan took a dump....The new fan works much better and only runs about 45 sec to cool it down, I would have done this mod straight from the stealership if I would have known the difference.
Great info and great products, thanks.

Even if the radiator was stock the fan would move air through faster and in larger amounts which would cool your atv faster. The larger radiator would just allow more cooling area and a larger amount of fluid inside the radiator. Combined its a great set up for cooling down the raptor. Cooler means more power!
Do you have any larger fans for the YFZ450 Kenny? I already have a larger radiator for my yfz and it's great! I don't have a extra large cooling fan though. Can you get me one?
